| Comment: I have a deck that apparently has settled causing the grade underneath to shift and causing leaking to my neighbor's condo; the boards from the deck need to be removed so that the condo company can adjust the grading and then the boards will probably need to be replaced; this is sort of an urgent issue and would appreciate your advice |
