"Someone answered the phone when I called (a real person!) and set up a time to evaluate the project. I had great communication with the handyman assigned (Matt). It was a tricky project, with a lot of unknowns. Someone else had already told me it couldn't be fixed. Whenever Matt ran into a dead end, he'd come up with another thing to try.
