"Spectrum was EXTREMELY prompt when bidding my job. They called me while I was still on the phone with Service Magic. They gave me a good price and was able to schedule the job when I wanted it done. When the technician showed up to do the fencing work, he brought metal poles when we asked for wood. When repairing the gate, he lost the spring from inside the latch and told us he would replace it the next day. We had siding that needed to be replaced on the second story, but he failed to bring a ladder. He had to return a second day with a ladder and spring for the gate. He repaired the roof the next day, but the gate remains springless."
