"Don the owner, answered questions honestly and directly. when we had another bid that we felt was compeitiive, we went back to don to discuss any areas we could lower our cost. to my surprise he listened to our concerns and we did in fact get some concessions. He was there the day of the work on time and followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied with the job. He set up the HRSS immediatealy after and the inspectior right after that. Within two weeks all work permits and paperwork were completed. He ever rewrapped the existing ducting. I highly recommend his service. "
