"Carpet on the Road is pretty reliable. We asked them to install a small tile entry way and carpet for the rest of the store. Unlike other installers, we were able to get a hold of them instantly by phone Monday through Friday (weekends they seemed to be unavailable). They were very professional in faxing estimates right away and calling us back quickly, as we had tight deadlines. The only issues that I had with them were that they had to change dates on us at the last minute (push back the job a day), and the tile installation team did not do a good job merging the tile with the carpet as people could easily trip. The tile installers came back about a month later to install a rubber strip to even the carpet and tile, but they had attempted to bill us for this add-on work. After discussing it with them, they finally agreed to do the fix-up job at no additional cost. Overall, I would give them an A- for the entire experience and would recommend their services."
