Courteous, timely and efficient staff, in all positions, including office personnel. Some minor workmanship flaws at job-site were remedied, upon homeowner request. (Some "shiners" ...large nails holding new shiplap missed the underlying rafters... required remediation, and were caught early by homeowner, before it got complicated.)"
