"Installation expectations were met. Positive: service was timely, communication was excellent, price was extremely competitive, product is superior. Negative: downspout replacement was not up to previous, and replacement-installation was not creative. Cleanup could have been more thorough because we discovered the occasional ripoff and trim scraps on the lawns around the house, as well as some random nails left on driveway. Overall evaluation: sales, product, and installation exceeded our expectations. Recommended!"
