"We needed several exterior wood window trim replaced due to rotted wood. Dave was prompt, friendly and gave me an alternative option to trim my exterior windows in vinyl to match our existing trim. His employee, who is also his brother, came to repair our windows. We were also having our house painted simultaneously by another contractor. I was not satisfied with one of the windows. Dave scheduled him to come back out two days later, which ended up 4 days later, due to a miscommunication. The painters were able to hold off and paint the repaired window after it was finished to my satisfaction. Still waiting on a window clip replacement."
