"Overall, we think Mr. Schnabel did a very good job of checking for moisture problems in our home. His written report had a few incorrect statements, ie. which room he took the air and dust samples from. And in retrospect, we feel that perhaps he should have taken the air sample in the powder room that we suspected the mold problem in and not outside the powder room in the living room. But he was very professional and gave a very thorough and detailed description of everything he was doing. We plan to have him return to do a removal of the mold problem in the near future."
