"In the end, the job turned out very nice. Tile installer did quality work and was helpful with design. Project managers were great to work with and didn't give up when there were problems. Problem was the plumber botched the job at the start. Ended up taking longer to complete the job and requiring more of my time than I planned. PDR folks stuck with me and fixed every item that was not right. Lesson learned: when you know something is not right bring it up immediately and check the work quality at eash stage."
