"John is prompt, courteous, detailed oriented, and knowledgeable. He was a builder prior to Palladio Designs, as a result, he was able to give us cost effective suggestions that an architect could not. John listened to our ideas/concerns and was able to execute the plans accordingly. We also liked the fact that John held online meetings where he made changes to the designs instantaneously. Through John, we were also able to use a software that enabled us to see the designs three dimensionally. I personally submitted the plans to the Building Department in San Jose for an Express Permit/Over-the-Counter Permit and was told by the plan reviewer that the plans were clean and thorough. John is great. He was a pleasure to work with. We only have wonderful things to say about him."
