"The scheduling was smooth except I never received proof of insurance for whatever reason (the insurance carrier's email could have been sent to my spam folder -- not sure). There was a little excitement initially when the crew arrived and thought that the house was too high to reach the third floor from the backyard, but the ladder turned out to be just long enough and all was well. The workers were polite and proficient and the job was completed to an excellent standard within the estimated cost and timeframe on the day it was scheduled. Cannot complain and would recommend Le Flor Janitorial Service to others."
