"I am planned on doing some light remodeling of my house including getting new carpet. Before I started any of the remodeling projects I needed to get an apprasial of my house to qualify for a equity line of credit. I decided to get my carpets cleaned to possibly help make the house appraise for a higher amount. Dave did such a good job cleaning the carpet I decided that I no longer needed new carpet. It was fine the way it was its just no other carpet cleaning company I used was as good as Dave. To top it off I overheard the appraiser telling his assistant how he thought my existing old carpet was new carpet that I put in. "
