"MD Civil Engineering showed up quickly completed their Inspection quickly and effeciently. However, it took more than a week to get the report in writing. After explaining that it was a time sensitive issue it still took three more days to get the report. I was disappointed with His follow through on the report."

"MD Civil Engineering was able to do an inspection with short notice and provided a short, general letter regarding his findings very quickly. For the cost of the inspection, though, I think he should've taken a little more time with the client and provided a more detailed analysis. "

"He came, talked well, examined the problem. Then, contrary to my understanding, he proceeded to say his assessment/estimate would cost, unless we engaged MD Engineering to do the required work. I understood from their web-site that the assessment/estimate would be free of charge. If this is another example of word choice giving them an opportunuty, but the word choice was not the usual and normal meaning, then MD Engineering should be censured and reported to the BBB for unethical ads. But, the crew were very clean and efficient; getting in and out in less than one day. Way to go, Romo. Richard"
