Comment: This is for a house for which we are under contract. We have until 30 days for due diligence and would like to have a structural engineer with lots of experience with foundations come look at the house and give a report. It is a historic home built around 1900 and the house has settled over time. A previous structural engineer who made a report for the current owner measured the slant across the house as 7 inches.
