"Called immediately. Came to look @ project when stated. I agreed to hire him and he said he would call within 3 days to schedule. Didn't hear from him for over a week.....then he called in morning, left message he would be there a specified time that afternoon. Fortunately I got the call and called him back that it was okay. I was not happy that he hadn't called and then just assumed it was okay to just show up. I let him know about my displeasure. Did the work and it is too early to know if the seals he placed on my 3 skylights is solid. It has not rained and it is too early to tell that the silverfish will not come in. Joyce Sawyer"
