"Jerry Lentz was always on time when he said that he would show up to give the estimate and then do the final work. However, he needed reminding to order our skylight after we sent him the down payment. The work he did today looks fine and he cleaned up the mess after putting a tarp down in the kitchen area....he took all of the discards and I am recommending him to a friend. We didn't use the other recommendations because they never showed up when asked for an estimate...didn't even call to let us know that they would not come out....waited and waited."
