"This was my first time using Service Magic. I received a call immediately from Chris upon filing the request. I told Chris my pump was continuously running even though the pit was dry. He gave me a quote over the phone and had Pedro at my home within two hours. Pedro installed a new pump and had me watch him as he tested the pump so that I knew it was working. Pedro was also great about not tracking mud in the house, which I really appreciated. I talked to Chris immediately after the job was complete and he wanted to make sure that everything was in order. I was really happy to get fast, professional service on a Saturday. "

Greg called me and asked me some detailed questions to learn more about the problems, and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me an estimate (which by way was lower than other quote I got). He even suggested me to try to unplug/plug the power cord to see if this would help. I am very pleased with his work. "
