"Overall the replacement of the water heater went well. Very professional and expedient service. If it wasn't for their quick and efficient service I would question the cost. It was a little over $100 more than the other providers I received quotes from. And they didn't install the pipe insulation, I had to do that myself. Otherwise I'm happy with the service."
