"Quick and clean. Called me within 15 minutes of placing request on ServiceMagic site. Called me when on the way, actually to ask if they could come an hour early - which was OK. Gave me estimate over the phone and noted that they had a coupon for $10 off. Note: this is at least the 3rd time I have received the request for a survey. For that reason I'd rate Plumbing Wizards high, but Service Magic low. Your emailed form does not work with at least two of my computers, which are on two different networks with different firewalls, etc. (can't submit the survey)"
