"Gregory came early to the appointment. He asked us about our vision of the project. Then he gave us some of his ideas. He showed us his detailed plans for other jobs he had done and explained exactly what he would be doing for us. He was honest, extremely detail oriented and very professional. We have given him permission to begin to do initial planning for our job.
