"Paul Goldstein was responsive and professional. He acted quickly to fix our brick point problem since we had an emergency. His instructions with the contract were very specific about the amount of dust that the job would create and he gave instructions about how we could deal both in our building and with neighbors. In hind sight I wish we had give our neighbors more specific information and we could have covered their air conditioners and plants. We live in a brownstone so the patios on each side were effected. Overall, I give them a high recommendation."
