"After conflicting info from the city, Brad from Struction looked at our garage rebuild plan, talked to the city thrice, and got the REAL answer. We couldn't do it (no expansion allowed), but at least now we had a straight answer. Plan B: repair it (replace rotted wood, straighten walls), then new vinyl siding. We'd some of the work, and Brad would do the rest. Worked out GREAT. Brad was communicative and conscientious throughout. He arrived when he said he'd arrive, called if he'd be late, done on time and on budget. Nailed it, figuratively and literally. Best contractor experience I've ever had. Brad might be a Jedi."
