"Mr. Garr knows his business is very effective in getting the job done. I would suggest that his crew give more considerationand respect to the residents of the property. For example, failure to clean up after themselves after eating, leaving the premises unsecure when they know their are pets on the property and most important not putting their tools and supplies in a designated area so that we, the residents don't mistakenly step on barbedwire or rusted metal. Mr. Garr did correct the problem when I discussed it with him and was very professional."
