"He called me and set up an appointment promptly. He called very close to the time he was supposed to be there and arrived when he said he would. He negotiated a very fair price, and did the work very professionally and quickly. He offered to let me call him with any questions and he would come back at no charge if there was any problem. He was dressed professionally, his assistant also wore a work uniform (t-shirt with logo), and they took the old garage door opener and showed me how to properly operate the new one. I was very pleased with the service, and so far, no problems with the unit."
