"Had a really bad clog and they gave me an estimate to snake it. Simple job. It ended up taking a grand total of about 4.5 hours because the run-off was never connected to the drain when the tub was installed and it disconnected during the process falling out of reach. The tub was installed as an extension to the house without an access panel so it was virtually impossible to reconnect. After all was said and done, they only charged me the original estimate and nothing at all for the labor involved in dealing with an extremely poorly designed and installed bathtub. I can't recommend Guardian Plumbing enough."
