"He was supposed to mail me a warranty, a guarantee, it's been almost a month and I haven't received it yet. I even had my real estate agent follow up with him and I haven't received it to my knowledge. This worries me and that's why I said no on the recommendation. If he would send me the warranty, I would say yes on the recommendation."
