"Most times when I hire a contractor, the end result is actually worse than what I started with. Not so w/ Kieran--my ceilings are beautiful. Kieran showed up when expected every time; his communication was great. He protected our home very well. He's wonderful to work with; when we pointed out areas missed or that we wanted him to amend, his response was, "You're right; I'd spotted that, I'll tackle it when I finish this room." No defensiveness, no argument, no trying to bargain his way out of anything. What a relief! It was a slightly pricey job, but it was worth it--quality work, and a VERY professional attitude. He'll be coming back."
