They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, very clean and completed the job in a timely manner. "They were prompt and courteous. No waiting around for contractor to get started or partially finished job. Provided attractive lightning rod system and do automatic 3 year checks on the system. As an aside they were able to comment on the cedar shake roof condition while up there-a very frightening job up three stories in the air."
