"NO ONE CALLED BESIDES CARLA DURAKOS. SHE CALLED PROMPTLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT THAT DAY, THE NEXT DAY CARLA AND HER THREE GIRLS ARE HERE CLEANING MY HOME THE WAY I ASKED. SHE WENT BACK OVER THE DETAILS SEVERAL TIMES SHOWING ME AND EXPLAINING WHAT WAS CLEANED, HOW IT WAS CLEANED AND HOW IT WILL BE CLEANED BI-WEEKLY. SHE MADE SURE THE NEXT APPOINTMENT WILL BE A DAY OR TWO BEFORE THE NEXT OPEN HOUSE. THE THANK YOU FOR FINDING ME ANOTHER EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR. "
