"We had to replace an old liner in our 40 x 20 inground concrete pool, which was renovated about 7 years ago. We had a bad experience with the previous company, and we also were living overseas when we had to do the work. Their communication was awkward as they had several phone numbers, their sales agent could not discuss any technical aspect, their technical people were hard to get hold of etc, however they came with many recommendation of of this site. They were flexible on the contract, provided docs, and in the end did a good job (we used the pool for several months after they installed it). It looks great too. "

"He was on time and very nice. He cheerfully did all of the projects we had for him. Install shower bars, change outdoor light fixture and clean a gutter. A little expensive but being there on time was worth it."
