Comment: Small Centipede lawn sodded 7 years ago. Has been invaded by wild bermuda and lespedeza, treatment by a service made no impact on the weeds. Some sections are bare dirt, due to my efforts to eradicate the lespedeza and almost none on the bermuda. Have dug up some of the offending plants, but need some new grass to patch in bare spots. Probably in the 350 - 400 sq ft range. Having it installed depends on price.Don't think new soil is needed, but probably need to turn it some to get new grass level with old.
