"The rep set-up an apporintment with me, and he did arrive on time, and he went over a few things with me. He took samples and said that he would email me with the results in a couple of days. That also went ok-untill I had to download on my computer and it didnt work. I am still trying to get him to send me a copy via the postal service instead of an email. I have not received the results of my mold inspection to date, which is Oct. 26, 2009."
