She gave me a complete explanation of what she does and how she does it (in this case, consult on an hourly basis to select colors for my living room, kitchen, and breakfast room). During her visit she listened to my likes and dislikes, made specific color recommendations, and equally important explained why she recommended what she did. I now have the confidence to move forward and my next step is to call my painter. "
