Generic plan had been purchased from the web and needed changes and then a redo of the plans to be ready and acceptable for NJ construction permits. I had never heard of Fumo & Associates before but after meeting with them one time I stopped looking for other architectural firms. They were a pleasure to work with; responsive to my requests; timely in producing the required plans, specifications and outputs; and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly "
