David B. Singer, A.I.A. Architect has been in business since 2000. You will find that my 20 years of professional experience and expertise in housing, commercial and institutional design and construction will satisfy your architecture needs. I am licensed in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am a member in good standing with the American Institute of Architects and hold a certificate with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). My architectural philosophy is grounded in the logical and natrural use of materials in the tradition of Louis Kahn and Frank Lloyd Wright.

David did a spectacular job. he spent am amazing amount of time and paitience with me through the design phase to the implemantation. He was outstanding with hos communication through the project - e-mailing me palns and drawins if we could not meet in person so I could look at them. he continued to be an asset through the construction process and as a refernce point after. His recommended contarctor did an outstanding job and used sub-contrcartors for som eof the work that were equally outstanding. I would not hestitate to use David again or recommend him to someone else.

My wife and I are planning on building a large deck. David has been very helpful with the planning, design and structural details of the deck. He has taken the time to visit our house and has listened to our thoughts on the deck design. David has since designed drawings of the deck and has taken the time to change some of the design as we changed our mind! Since I plan on building this deck, I asked David if the plans will be readable by a layman like myself. He said no problem. My wife and I look forward to working with David and finalizing our deck plans. Our plans have been finalized and we can't wait to build our deck! Thank you, David!

We are still in the first stage of our project. David is very helpful in the design of our family home. I am looking forward to each step of the project's think that the final design plans should be finished by the end of January. David will be with us for every step of our project from the clearing of the land till the house warming party.
