"Our project was completed in a timely manner with no complications or surprises. The workers were there for 2 days and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. The flower beds around our house were not damaged in any way. The guys were friendly and polite and worked through a rain shower, on a Saturday, to complete the job. Kevin, the owner, was on site supervising the crew and even fixed a couple other odds and ends for us at no additional cost. We intend to call them for additional work, and we would highly recommend Philips construction to our friends."

"I had on-going roof leaks. Phillips Construction was able to squeeze my roof replacement in between bad fall weather and other committments. Once on site, the crew was organized and worked hard to complete the job. My roof looks EXCELLENT. My gutters and yard are cleaned of debris. A worker even fixed my fence gate latch which was bent. Now the gate remains closed. Another worker fixed my damaged gutter which was bent when a tree limb fell on my roof. Now the rain water does not spew over the side. My roof deck had 2 small areas that needed repair. This was done at no additional charge. "
