"We have a 20+ year old Maytag washer & dryer. Big Mike's appliance gave us an estimate on Saturday. The dryer was fixed on the same Saturday. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. I would recommend Big Mike's for all of your appliance repairs."

"The only thing I would say is that I was told that the service repairman would be at my home between 8-10 a.m. with a phone call 1/2 hour before his arrival. I did not receive the call until 10:00 a.m. and he arrived at 10:30 a.m. It delayed my schedule a bit, however the service was extremely fast and friendly. "
