"Dave was enthusiastic and motivated to accept the project and was very timely in getting to the townhouse to negotiate a price for the work. He did complete the work for a low price which is what I wanted because I was buying the paint and 3 rooms were already done in white on white. The work was very simple. My only criticism was that he left areas unpainted and I had to go back latter to paint in areas that were missed. He also probally could have been a little neater. Overall though I was very happy because my house is all freshly painted on the inside and I accomplished the task with Dave's help for a very reasonable price."
