"They responded quickly by phone, came to the house the following day and listened to my design plan. I was emailed photos of stones for me to choose. Together we adapted the stone I selected to my design. Several days later they came to the house with all the supplies and labor. I had my contractor on site to assist with integrating the stone fireplace surround with the existing structure. Xtra Care employees were courteous, professional and grateful to my contractor's prep work on wall and hardwood floor. The project was completed in one day. "

"I interviewed all three respondants. Custom Masonry's bid was the midpoint and came with a 5 yr warrenty. Bill Bitto was willing to start work the next week and promised to complete it within two weeks - he got the majority of the work done in the first week (30in high, 27 ft retaining wall, stone faced; repair sidewalk and stone face, repair and stone face front stoop). The clean up by the crew every day was just great and they took care to minimize their impact on the plants in my garden. The clean up after the job was finished was also excellent. The crew showed up everyday, early, and worked the entire day. Bill also ensured that the drainage I had requested was put in as I requested. The neighbors commented on how well the job was performed and I receive many compliments on how nice everything turned out. The only comment I have is that I asked that the gaps at the bottom of the wall - between the wall and the city sidewal - be filled in with mortar, but it was not done. So the wall doesn't look as neat as it could, and I've had to fill in the gaps myself, but the overall construction was good. "
