It included the standard depressurization of the house (which accentuates the leaks which you can spot with the help of a smoke pen), and use of a thermal camera. But what really made the whole experience worthwhile was Doug's expertise in what goes into an energy efficient home, and his ability to explain each component as it applied to our old 1920s home. Most useful of all was the report that he went through with us the following week showing, by priority, what we could do to improve things."
