"First visit assessed the problem. Recommended whole new door opener. Asked if present wiring could be connected to a new program and remote control rather than installing complete opener. The installer did not know that it might be a possibility till I inquired. A new program was found and returned three days later and connected wires to program box without difficulty. I appreciate researching and ordering the program promptly. Suggest giving client various options within their potential budget, not just one solution. Thank you. S. Leong"
