"In the end this became a much larger project - not only did they refinish our existing wood flooring but they also removed old flooring and installed wood floors in 2 additional rooms. The end result is beautiful and the process of getting there was impressive. All phases, along with the respective professional, were well coordinated by the office staff with no down time and the project was completed in a week. All of the men are skilled professionals taking pride in their work. They were timely, did their utmost to keep the dust to a minimum, thoroughly cleaned up before they left each day and were patient answering questions that arose."
