"The quality of work was good on the window pane repair I had them perform and the price was reasonable, but they had told me they would have the window 2 - 3 days and they had it 5 or 6. When I called to ask when it would be done on the 3rd day I was told it hadn't been started yet. The woman I spoke with was a little snippy when I stated that I was told it would be done in 2 - 3 days. So maybe they need a little help on customer service "
