"John is very conscientious about doing the job right. Ours seemed like a rather simple job of freeing up a patio door which did not want to slide. The door was over 40 years old, and refused to be taken off so as to fix the rollers. The raising of the foundation over the years caused the lower door track to be distorted. Yet John managed to free the door and to make it move with relative ease. Although not like new, it is acceptable. "
