Mr Simon came out quickly after my 1st call, quickly figured out a solution and provided an extremely affordable quote. He tracked down the part, got right back out and had the job finished in a timely manner. It required his disassembling and re-building the door and track and frame but he knew just what he was doing and it turned out better than it has ever been before. His finishing touches made his work invisible, he even swept up. The doors glide so effortlessly my 5 year old can slide them with ease. I will go out of my way to use and recommend Ben's services. He is a pleasure to deal with, affordable and his work is superb."
