"Exceptional customer service. From the inspection, to the financing process and all, the experience was a good one. It took less than a month to complete everything, from inspection to scheduling to completion. Every member of the crew introduced themselves at the beginning of the project. All aspects of the job were explained in detail. I was given a very specific timetable for job completion, which was completed earlier than expected. Only complaint was that the basement was left fairly dirty, but not a disaster. The mess could have been worse."

"We had a crack in our poured concrete foundation. We had estimates from other companies that involved waterproofing the entire lower level (it was already waterproofed) at very high prices without even addressing the crack. Eco-Seal Home Solutions addressed the problem we needed fixed, gave us a fair price, and completed the work in just a few hours. We will call them again if we have any other foundation cracks. Great work."

"KT Waterproofing was beyond excellent!! I contracted them to replace a sump pump. They gave me a very well-informed opinion of the other issues I had. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but after quoting and agreeing to a price, they discovered a worse problem that I had. Even though, this additional issue could have run well over $500, they offered to solve the problem without charging me for it!! I say this as a way to inform others of the type of heart and consideration they provided...when they didn't have to. If you have a need for service, the worst thing you could do is to NOT call KT Waterproofing. They are stupendous!!"
