"The crew was very polite and was willing to explain what they were doing and why. There was a nice effort to keep things clean and clean-up the project before the crew left. I suggest that any homeowner will have additional clean up just due to the scope of the project. They stuck by the original quote and finished in a timely manner. Everyone from the company was responsive and polite and always returned calls promptly."

"From the sales person to the installers and the customer service personnel, everyone we dealt with at USA Waterproofing was great. The installers were especially great, my wife and I had our baby early and while we were in the hospital, the guys made a special trip back to our house to hook back up the washer and dryer for us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"KT Waterproofing was beyond excellent!! I contracted them to replace a sump pump. They gave me a very well-informed opinion of the other issues I had. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but after quoting and agreeing to a price, they discovered a worse problem that I had. Even though, this additional issue could have run well over $500, they offered to solve the problem without charging me for it!! I say this as a way to inform others of the type of heart and consideration they provided...when they didn't have to. If you have a need for service, the worst thing you could do is to NOT call KT Waterproofing. They are stupendous!!"
