"Customer service is key to my working with a projected contractor. I'm pleased to say that PPL is a honest rep business which is hard to find these days. The tech investigated my furnace problem. The tech did not try to sell me anything that wasn't warrant towards the situation. I rate PPL very high because my unit was an older unit and the tech by the way is a machinist, who build several parts that was needed. I recommend this company to "ALL" It's hard to find people who don't want to rip you off. Two thumbs up. If I had more than two thumbs they would be up as well. A very satisfied customer!!!"
