"Richard did a great job. We invited Rick to develop a concept plan for an existing property which we wanted to remodel. Before doing so, we wanted to do a feasibility study to make sure it was a good decision. He listened to both of us was careful regarding our budget and was able to successfully merge our ideas. He was able to deliver the results at the price that we were looking for. Rick paid careful attention to what we were trying to achieve, did the research to ensure our project would offer a pay-back, given market. I can recommend Richard very highly to anyone. "Richard was very frank and honest about my situation in that I wasn't yet ready for his services due to many unfinished matters on the part of my contractor. He also informed me about many issues reguarding local government and the long term adgenda that they might hold. So I was told to call as soon as my project was cleared and ready for his services rather than take money for a job not ready to be realized."
